Kathleen M. Bounds

Kathleen M. Bounds, 41 of Victor passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011
Kathi was born at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi on June 26, 1970, the daughter of Michael T. and Florence M. (Stevens) Hill. She spent her early years in LaJunta, Co until moving to Sacramento, CA in 1982 where she attended Hiram Johnson High School. She met her husband of 20 years, Tim Bounds in Rancho Cordova, CA and together they moved to Hamilton and married August 14, 1991.
Kathi worked at various jobs during her time in the Bitterroot Valley. She loved music and performed as a back-up vocalist for singer Amber Marie of Corvallis from 1995 - 2004 and for the past several years was employed by Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital.
Kathi loved camping, gardening, trivia, puzzle games and the Penguins Hockey team.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Megan in March 1990 and a sister, Kimberly in August 1992.
She is survived by her husband, Tim of Victor; two daughters, Alexandra and Kimberly of Victor; sisters, Kristen (Eric) Gulbranson of Antelope, CA., Kari Peterson of Grand Junction, CO., and Kelli (Tom) Bell of Sacramento, CA.; numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathi loved all animals, especially her cats, Luna and Persephone. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Fox Hollow Animal Project, 155 Fox Hollow, Hamilton, MT 59840.
