Kay L. Dallas

It’s with great sadness that we share the news of Kathrine "Kay" Dallas’s passing on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Remington Assisted Living Center in Hamilton.  Kathrine, affectionately known as Kay, was born on June 15, 1953, in Alameda, CA, to the loving parents of the late Donna Hill of Hamilton and the late James Silver.

Kay’s journey began with a three-year marriage to Jeff Dallas of Sacramento, followed by her pursuit of a degree in psychology at Sacramento State College.  After graduation, she embraced a new chapter by joining her mother in Oregon, where they explored a business opportunity.  Eventually, they settled in Hamilton, MT, where she found her forever home. 

Kay is cherished by her sister and brother-in-law, a niece and nephew, a grand niece, and two grand nephews. She is also surrounded by many wonderful friends and neighbors in her community.  Her dedication to her Church, Big Sky Baptist in Hamilton, has been a source of immense joy and connection, as it has become a second family to her.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:00 am at Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton.
