Corvallis " Kenneth Allen Minch, 45 of Corvallis passed away due to a heart attack, Saturday, December 8th at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula.
He was born July 14, 1967 in Riverside, California to Richard James and Genny Lee Hermer Minch.
Ken studied to be a computer technician at Virginia College. He also studied Protools and Music Mixing at Berkley College. He was a master of everything including the school of Google.
Ken served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1985 to 1991.
He married Karen J. Harbin on July 27, 1998.
Ken enjoyed photography, hiking, electronics, and living Montana style. He was the best father, grandfather, husband and friend. Ken is a gentle forgiving soul whose heart was too big for his own good. A true gentle giant who was a friend to everyone.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Chris Blackmun.
Surviving include his wife Karen of Corvallis; sons, Justin of Corvallis, Kristopher of Hamilton and Kenneth of Corvallis; daughters, Erica Pearson or Corvallis, Jessica Sikander of Tuscaloosa, AL., Randa Patience Hall of Hutnsville, AL; Parents, Richard of Corvallis and Genny of Mode, IL; brothers, Jim Minch of Duncan, Ok., Robert Minch of CA., CJ Blackmun of Atwater, CA., Michael Minch of San Diego, CA; sisters, Ashlee Hermer of Shellbyville, IL., Amy Minch of Bakersfield, CA; Ken's found brothers and sisters, Greg Brenneman, Jason Shreiner, Billy Swinson and Shannon Shreiner all of Corvallis, Grant Page and Denise Hall both of Huntsville, AL and Ed Morgan of Hamilton.
