Kenneth Maynard Nixon

Kenneth Maynard Nixon, 70, passed away on July 18, 2021.

He was born to Blanche Wallace and Roy Days in Twisp, Washington on March 11, 1951. He had six siblings and is survived by five of them.

He married the love of his life, Penny Ellen Burbee, in 1969 and then had five children: Chad, Jessi, Amber, Justin, and Aaron.  Ken had fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren (with another on the way.)

He was a man of many hobbies that included artistry, poetry, music, carpentry, fishing, hunting, collecting rocks (and many other trinkets.)  He had a green thumb and loved to grow his plants and flowers.  Ken had a soft heart and would adopt or help any animal or person.  He has now returned to be with his loved ones and his many dogs.  He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Corvallis Cemetery.
