Kenneth Edward Reeder

CORVALLIS – Kenneth E. Reeder, 88, of Corvallis passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 at The Remington.

He was born on July 18, 1935 in Stockton, California to Ed and Vi Reeder. He served in the US Army, active duty and reserve, from 1956-1962. Ken married Dorothy “Dottie” Nobell on September 11, 1958 in Placerville, California and they had three children, Debbie, Craig and Kevin. In 1969, the family moved to Corvallis, where Ken and Dottie owned and operated the Montgomery Ward catalog store in Hamilton until their retirement in 1985.

Ken is survived by his wife Dottie and sons Craig (Lenaya) Reeder and Kevin Reeder, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Ken is preceded in death by his daughter Debbie, his parents and his sister Lorraine.

There will be no formal service. Interment will take place at the Victor Cemetery at a later date.
