Kevin Russell Bay

CORVALLIS - Kevin Russell Bay passed away January 3, 2010 at home. He will be remembered as a "Big Guy" with an even bigger heart. Kevin was born April 21, 1966 to Howard and Janet (Marsh) Bay. He very much enjoyed hiking, cooking, golf, music, a game of pool and/or darts from time to time, all of which he preferred to do in the company of family and friends.

Kevin was a devoted grandson, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. He was more than anything a profoundly proud father of two beautiful children.

Kevin was a talented Aerospace and Automotive Design Engineer. He worked for Boeing, Honda, Goodrich and Falcon Jet over the past 18 years. He made lasting friendships throughout his career.

Kevin is survived by his two children Jason and Emma Bay of Nampa, ID, his parents Howard and Janet (Marsh) Bay of Corvallis, his grandmother Ruth (Hull) Bay of Missoula, brother Craig Bay of Corvallis, sister Jana Jo Cerdena of Corvallis, niece Sarah Cerdena of Corvallis, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and treasured friends.

Many years ago, Kevin accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at the Rising Sun Campground at Glacier National Park and was shortly thereafter baptized. His faith remained an integral part of his existence from that point forward. Many people refer to Montana as "The Last Best Place." Kevin preferred to refer to the Great State of Montana as "The Last (and only) Best Place. "

Kevin will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved him. God bless and keep you Kevin Russell
