Leila Godfrey

CORVALLIS - Leila Godfrey, 83, of Corvallis passed away in her home on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 after a long illness. She was born October 3, 1925 in Albany, WI.
- Leila is survived by 9 children, Walter and wife Dorothy of Silverton, ID, David and wife Cheryl of Thompson Falls, Susan of Darby, Seth and wife Dian of Coeur d' Alene, ID, Shirley and husband Richard of Boise, ID, Hershel and wife Diane of Missoula, Alvin and wife Janet of Corvallis, Dennis and wife Shellie of Bluff Dale, UT, and Harriet of Arnold, MD; 1 sister-in-law, Dolly Stoneback of Broadhead, WI; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ella May and Benj Franklin Stoneback; 2 sisters, Irene and Dorothy; 3 brothers, Hank Ben and Sam; her husband, Albert; and her son, Frank.
- Leila was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Her family was her life.
