Leland "Lee" W. Miller

Leland (Lee) W. Miller, 84, of Corvallis passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022 at St. Patrick’s Hospital. He was born on August 17, 1938 in San Diego, CA, the son of Lyle W and Gladys (Kelley) Miller. He was raised in San Diego and served in the US Navy. Lee worked at various Auto Body Repair shops and drove bus for the Mountain Empire School District. He married Naomi Phillips, and they raised three children, Antoinette, Ronald and Joilene. They later divorced. In 1982 he married Colleen and in 1992 bought 10 acres with a 16 x 24 cabin in Montana. They moved in 1994 and stated remodeling. Lee worked for S&S and Wimps Body shops, then retired to his own shop to continue building old cars. He was always giving advice and a helping hand. Lee was a Master Mason in the Ionic Lodge in Hamilton and Past Patron of Leona Chapter #31 of the Order of Eastern Star, and Rainbow Dad to the girls of Hamilton Rainbow Assembly #2 in Hamilton. Founding member of the Son Rise Community Church of the Bitterroot. Lee was preceded in death by his son Ronald, daughter Antoinette, sister Melrose and parents. Lee is survived by his wife, Colleen of Corvallis, daughter Joilene and her husband Rick Raymond, his brother Nolan and wife Donna Miller and 6 grandchildren and numerous great grand children. Services will be held on Saturday, September 10th at 3pm at the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton. Private family interment will take place in Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton.
