2 Timothy 4:7
Roy Stoller of Stevensville Montana was born in Illinois to Lester and Emma Stoller.
Our dearly loved father & grandfather went home to his Savior and Lord on November 10th, 2025. Roy was born into a family of 8 children & grew up in the Midwest farmland. Leaving home at 17 to serve in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean conflict, stationed in Okinawa. He worked for over 30 years as an elevator mechanic, taking pride in his work and providing for his family with determination and grit.
Roy was married for 66 years to Rosalie whom he deeply loved. They built their life together across Illinois, Arizona, Texas, and California before settling in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of Montana for the last 30 years. Roy was a collector and restorer of vintage John Deere tractors. He loved and sang country music, square dancing, and storytelling. He was known to happily defeat anyone who challenged him to a game of pool, and he enjoyed teaching young boys how to play, always with a wink and a grin. He and Rosalie enjoyed many winters traveling in their RV, making friends wherever they went. Roy was known for his humor, stubborn streak, and the tender way he spoke of his mother and family.
