HAMILTON - Marcus G Vadheim, 83 of Hamilton passed away Sunday, Nov 17th 2024 at Westhills Assisted Living. Marc was born August 22nd 1941 in Tyler, Minnesota, the son of the late Victor C. Vadheim and Lois G. Vadheim.
Marc spent his early years in Billings then the family moved to Hamilton in 1955. He graduated from Hamilton high school in 1959. After high school, Marc attended the University of Montana and spent his summers fighting wildfires.
Marc made the decision to serve his country and joined the Air Force in 1966 and served as a Radar technician at the 757th Aircraft control & Radar warning squadron in Blaine WA. Marc was Honorably discharged in 1970 and began a career in telecommunications and spent his working career in the greater Seattle area until he retired in 1997 and moved back to Hamilton.
Marc was a member and an Elder of Grace Lutheran church and a charter member of the sons of Norway lodge in Hamilton.

Marc is survived by his wife Cheryl of Hamilton, Son Kirk and three grandsons Kyle, Chris and Jack all of British Columbia; one niece Heidi of Hamilton.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Nov 21st from 4-6pm at the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov 22nd at the Grace Lutheran church at 2pm.
