Marilyn Dawn Miller, age 87, passed away in the early hours of Sept. 26, 2013. Born in Missoula, Sept. 7, 1927, to Samuel and Jean (Cordell) Barnes, she lived the latter parts of her life in beautiful Hamilton, Montana.
She was married to Welling Kay Miller in Missoula in September 1948. She is survived by her son Clel Ray Miller and his wife, Denise (Dalton) Miller of Dayton, Nev. and daughter Colleen Dawn Miller of Stevensville.
Marilyn had an adventurous heart and spent many hours out and about, enjoying nature's beauty, both in the U.S. and out of the country. From horseback riding to white water rafting or just hiking the tails, she made the most of every situation. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
Service will be held at the LDS Church in Hamilton on Friday, Oct. 4, 2013 at 12 p.m.
