VICTOR - Mark Brydon Spencer, 50, of Victor passed away Sunday, April 12, 2009 at his home in Victor. He was born March 28, 1959 in Casper, WY. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Spencer. He is survived by his daughter, Shea R. Bicknese of Casper, WY; his mother and step-father, Evelyn "Peggy" and Bob Bruhnke of Victor; his brother, Craig Duane Spencer of Phoenix, AZ and his sister, Kimberly Rowley and husband Bruce of Port Angeles, WA.
