Nancy Jean Hobbs

Nancy J. Hobbs, 74 of Hamilton passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula.
She was born in Lincoln, Nebraska; her parents were Irene and William Schneider. Nancy was an X-ray tech and dental tech before she met the love of her life (on a blind date) Doyle. She married Doyle Hobbs on April 23, 1960.
Nancy and Doyle purchased the Sula Store in 1973 and owned it for 24 years where they raised their three loving children.
She was active in the Republican Women's Club, Sula Women's Club and the Marcus Daly Hospital Guild. She always loved flowers of any kind.
She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Shane Day; mother, Irene Schneider; father, William Schneider; son, Kevin Hobbs.
She is survived by her husband, Doyle; son, Craig Hobbs; daughter Deana Wood and son-in-law, Derrick Wood and granddaughter, Randee Skelton; daughter, Carla Day, grandson, Dylan Day and granddaughter, Cassidy Day.
