NAOMI CRUMP POWELL

PINESDALE - Naomi was born November 11, 1926 in Bluffdale, UT to Orin Legrande and Florence Hamilton Crump. She died on January 15, 2024 in Hamilton, MT. Naomi was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda; and her husband, John Frederick "Jack" Powell Jr. She was particularly proud of almost 100 years of great health.

Naomi is survived by a large posterity who will miss her deeply, and 1 sister.

Naomi was raised in Utah and moved to Corvallis, Montana in 1975. She loved her God, her Country, her Family and working with the soil on her farm.

Naomi was a patriot and should be remembered for her resilience, faith, and fighting for the rights of others. May her memory remind us to live with kindness and charity toward others as she did.

A celebration of Naomi’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on January 22, 2024, at Pinesdale School Chapel with visitation at 10:00 AM. Naomi will be laid to rest in the Pinesdale Cemetery following the service. A luncheon at the Pinesdale School will follow burial.
