Norma C. Houston, 94 of Hamilton died May 11, 2024 at the Beehive Homes in Hamilton, Montana.
She was born in Moroni, Utah to Jens Anton Otinus Mortensen and Vivian Hansen Mortensen.
Norma went to school in Provo Utah and then to Brigham Young University leaving school to marry in 1951. She gave birth to five sons and had eleven grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. She lived in Hamilton, Montana in the late 1950's and 1960's, later returning to Utah after divorce where she worked at the Bank of American Fork and then for Mountain Bell which changed names several times, where she retired after a fulfilling career.
She was an accomplished violinist and a very sharp intellectual person but her greatest satisfaction was her honesty, integrity, service and devotion to belief in Jesus Christ and His gospel.
She was a good example for all who knew her well.
Her mortal body has been interred at the Moroni City Cemetery in Utah.
