Patricia "Pat" Bruun

VICTOR - Patricia "Pat" Bruun, 59, passed away at home in Victor, MT on Monday June 6, 2011.

Pat was born in Escondido, CA on June 29, 1951 to Pat and Dorothy Wisenbaker. Most of her early childhood was spent in Pablo, MT and she graduated High School from Canyon City, CO. Her father was a Nazarene preacher, so their family moved often.

While working as a Nurses Aid at the hospital in Lewistown, MT, she met Martin Bruun. They were married December 17th, 1972 and have 3 daughters; Tara, Tina and Katrina. The family moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 1982.

Pat was a wonderful mother and wife, dedicated to her children and husband and their activities. She donated her time to helping out at her children's school and the Commodity Center in Hamilton. Pat enjoyed attending her children's and grandchildren's sporting events, gardening, canning and working with all their animals.

Pat is survived by her husband Marty; children Tara and Chris Werner of Spokane, WA, Tina and Kevin Koerner of Florence, MT and Katrina Bruun of Victor, MT. Grandchildren; Ashley and Sierra Koerner and Justin and Erin Werner. Siblings; Maryann Baker of Garden City, KS, John Wisenbaker of Garden City, KS, Joy Go of Nampa, ID and Dawn Shadwick of Nampa, ID.
