Patti L. (Usrey) Blodgett

Patti L. Blodgett, 65 of Polson, formerly of Hamilton, left this world to be with her Heavenly Father on December 30, 2008 due to a sudden illness. She passed away at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula.

Patti was born May 13, 1943 in Burns, Oregon where she graduated from High School.

She attended Nazarene College and eventually graduated with a degree in History and counseling at the University of Montana. Patti was hired as a counselor at Victor High School where she met her husband Max. They were married December 27, 1978. She loved to work with students during her counseling years.

Patti had one child, Bobi Blodgett Anderson, who was a joy to her life. One of the other great joys in life was playing the piano at the local churches. She has played the piano since she was eight years old.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Polson, Montana

Surviving include her husband Max; daughter Bobi (Warren) Blodgett Anderson; brother Claude (Paula) Usrey of Southerland, Oregon; sister Winnie Spoon of Orofino, Idaho, numerous nieces and nephews.

Pattie was preceded in death by her parents Eddie and Kattie Usrey.
