Peter John Caimi Ii

CORVALLIS - Peter John Caimi, II, 49, beloved husband, father and friend, moved on to his next journey June 15, 2013. He was born to Doris June Parker and Peter John Caimi in Cherry Point, NC on June 21, 1963.
Pete enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, camping, riding motorcycles and especially playing with his grandchildren. He was caring and giving and never worried about what he had. If you needed it, it was yours. Pete called his family everyday ("Hello Margaret, this is Fred") or once a week to say he was still around. He always had a new joke.
Pete passed away doing his favorite pastime, fishing with his grandson Karona and his wife Cindy. Pete met his love, Cindy Caimi in Hamilton and they married September 16, 1989.
His grandson Karona (Little Dude) was always in poppa's back pocket. Wherever Pete was Karona was there too. Karona and Cali were the sparkle of his eyes.
Pete is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cindy Caimi of Corvallis; 3 children, Megan Caimi of Coeur d' Alene, ID, Johnathon Rice of Lewiston, ID and Nicole Paul of Coeur d' Alene, ID; 2 grandchildren, Karona and Cali; brothers and sisters, Ellen Aikin and husband Ray, Joanie Caimi-Farrell and husband Dan, Annette Atwood, Mike Caimi and wife Cathy and Dennis Caimi; and numerous other relatives.
Join us for a Celebration of Life for Pete on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 5:00 pm at 694 Grantsdale Road in Hamilton. There will be a pot-luck barbeque following the services in loving memory of Pete. The family suggests in lieu of flowers that memorial be made in Pete's name in C/O Robert McCoy, P.O. Box 1650, Hamilton, MT 59840.
