Ralph C. Eslinger, 92 of Corvallis died Friday, June 7th at the Discovery Care Center in Hamilton.
He was born September 15, 1920 in Ottumwa, Iowa the son of the late Edward and Sarah Eslinger. Ralph married Valerie A. Bryan on August 29, 1938.
Ralph served in the Navy during WWII. Following the war he was a coal miner and truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
He is survived by his wife, Valerie; son, Larry of Corvallis; daughters, Jane (Steve) McCullouch of Anaconda, MT., Edith (Jack) Eklund of Las Vegas, NV., Ruth (Ed) Jones of Opportunity, MT., Joyce (Mike) Hess of Williston, ND; 100 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to Noon on Thursday at the Daly-Leach Chapel in Hamilton.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Corvallis Cemetery with Pastor Julian Lopez officiating. Military honors will be presented by the US Navy and the Corvallis American Legion.
