Rhonda Jean Lister

Rhonda Jean Lister, 59, of Darby passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 at her home in Darby. She was born July 4, 1954 in Centralia, Washington, the daughter of Johnny W. and Nellie R. (Smith) Lavender.
Rhonda graduated from high school and went on to college. She was a nurse for 25 years. She also loved to draw free hand.
She was preceded in death by her father Johnny Lavender and several Aunts and Uncles.
She is survived by her husband Steve of Darby; her mother Nellie Lavender; sister, Leslee (Terry) Lowther; brother, Richard (Judy) Lavender; children, Stephanie Lee, Carrie McGraw, Julie Kerrigan and Richard Spross; eight grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 3, 2014 at the Lone Pine Cemetery in Darby, Montana. A reception will follow at 105 Violet St. in Darby. Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com.
Donations may be made to the Bitterroot Community Federal Credit Union at 218 S. Main St. in Darby to help with funeral costs.
