Richard "Dick" Faucher

Richard "Dick" Faucher, 76 of Hamilton passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton.
Dick was born April 16, 1935 at the Queen of Angels Hospital in Hollywood, CA the son of Louise and Edgar Faucher. Dick attended High School and a year of College prior to entering the Army. He served in the Army from 1955 to 1958.
On July 12, 1958, he married Joyce M. Wilson. He was a hardworking man who loved his children and people. Dick worked for the housing department of Cal Poly University " Pomona for 26 years.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, enjoyed church activities and served on several ministries at his church. Through woodworking, steel fabricating and making stained glass, he created wonderful gifts for family and friends.
Dick was preceded in death by his parents, sister, J. Kofford and sons, Geoffrey and Bob Faucher.
Surviving include his wife Joyce; children, Pam Arnold of MO., Dan Faucher of WA., Darcie Gentry of KS., and Nicole Martel of ID; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The pallbearers will be Dan Faucher, John Arnold, Shawn Martel, Ken Kaske, Mark Thola and Shaun Arnold.
The family suggests memorials to St. Francis Catholic Church.
