Richard J. Feld

Richard J. Feld, 80 of Hamilton passed away Monday, Feb 20th of natural causes at his home in Hamilton.
- He was born March 25, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA to Charles Henry and Beulah Ethel Brown Feld. Rich graduated from Freemont High School in Los Angeles and was attending college until entering the US Air Force in 1952. He was honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1956.
- Rich worked as a building inspector for Los Angeles County until his retirement. Following retirement he moved to Hamilton, Montana where he has lived since.
- Rich was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Beulah Feld and brothers, Charles and Don Feld.
He is survived by his aunt, Betty DePaw; niece, Andrea Feld; God-daughter, Nancy Valenzela; and his friends, Terry and Brigitta Walker, Chris and Pam Harris, Dustin Harris, Bob and Melody McBride, Richard and Paige Radtke, Brian and Wendy Mecum, and Kevin and Cornelia Floyd, Terry and Amber Walker, Sarah and Taylor Martin, Kolton, Falon and Abbi.
- Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 23rd at the Big Sky Baptist Church in Hamilton with Pastor Richard Peacock officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton with military honors presented by the US Army, Hamilton American Legion and the Marine Corps League " Bitterroot Detachement.
