Robert James "Bob" Berry, 80 of Darby passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at his home in Darby.
Bob was born October 10, 1930 in Hamilton. He was raised, educated and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1949. Bob worked for the Telephone Company. He worked in the mills in Darby until he was 34 when he became a building contractor which he did until he retired.
Bob was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hamilton. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities. He lived in Hamilton until the early 1950's when he moved to Darby where he resided with his family for 60 years.
He is survived by his wife DeLis of Darby; children, Joe (Ruby) of Corvallis, Doug of Hawaii, Rex (Luanne) of Challis, ID., Julie Brown of Palmer, AK., Todd (Cristi) of Bozeman; 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; step-sister, Beverly Posten of Darby.
The family suggests donations to the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospice Endowment Fund, 1200 Westwood Dr., Hamilton, MT 59840 or a charity of the donors choice.
