Hamilton - Robert Lewis Steiner, 80, of Hamilton passed away Saturday September 5, 2009 at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital.
Bob was born July 17, 1929 in Jacksonville, Illinois to Lewis and Imogene Steiner.
He worked for 30 years for Heat and Frost Insulators Union at the Test site in Nevada. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved spending time with his family. He retired in 1984 to Hamilton and loved living in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his wife LaDonna Steiner.
He is survived by his daughters, Barbara (James) Quinn of Hamilton and Patricia (Charles) Darnell of Las Vegas, NV.; step-daughter, Connie Benshimon of Las Vegas, NV.; grandchildren, David, Jennifer and Brent; great grandchildren, Morgan, Samantha, Tayla and (Angel) Brooklyn; lifelong friend, Rusty Giddings.
No public services are scheduled.
