Rose Alberta Blond

Hamilton - Rose Blond, a spirited and loving soul, passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 61. Born in Seattle, WA, to Joseph and Betty Blond, Rose moved to Kalispell, Montana, with her family at the age of 16. In December 1986, she settled in the Bitterroot Valley with Ravalli Services Corporation, where she lived out her life and formed many cherished friendships. Since 1999, Rose resided at the Riverview Group Home, a place she called home and where she was known for her vibrant personality and zest for life. She was a beloved sister to Leah Blond and Alice Blond, and she was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Betty. Rose was a spitfire, full of life, love, and energy. She was always up for a good time and enjoyed spending time with her many friends at Ravalli Services. Rose had a great love for food and delighted in sharing meals with her friends, always appreciating the joy and connection that came with good food. One of her favorite activities was getting all prettied up and attending the Ravalli County Fair Rodeo to see the cowboys. Rose's memory will live on in the hearts of her sisters, Leah and Alice, all those at Ravalli Services, and everyone who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed.
