STEVENSVILLE - Ruth E. Morse, 86, of Stevensville passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at the Bitterroot Valley Living Center of natural causes. She was born August 1, 1925.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Lester R. Morse; and daughters, Janell Gaier, Mary Garcia McCurdy and El Rae Pannel. She is survived by her daughter, Marla McEwen of Darby; her sons, Ron Morse of Idaho and Les and Jeff Morse of California; local grandchildren, Justin and Alicia McEwen of Stevensville and Jim and Ali Murray of Corvallis; local great-grandchildren, Makaia and Asher McEwen and Madison, Mason and McKinley Murray; a total of 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Ruth loved puzzles and was an avid reader.
