Sanford "Sam" Hale

HAMILTON - Sanford “Sam” Hale, 89, of Hamilton passed away December 10, 2021. Sam was born in Valentine, Nebraska on February 17, 1932, and was a long-time resident of Hamilton. Sam was a Blacksmith / Horseshoer most of his life.  He enjoyed all things horses and cattle, and in later years raising sheep. Sam was preceded in death by his wife Gerri, his parents, and five siblings. Sam is survived by sons Lewey and Rodney, daughters Connie and Carrie, twenty grand, great, and great-great grandchildren, and sister, Marie Harvard. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 3, 2022, at Hamilton Senior Center, located at 820 N. 4th St. Hamilton. Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com
