Shirley (Ekman) Stockholm

Shirley Stockholm, 90, was born to Hazel and Ranold Ekman on August 6, 1934 in Porterville, CA. She died at Johanna Shores in Arden Hills, MN on June 7, 2025.

Shirley lived a full life, starting her family on a raisin farm in Terra Bella, CA and settling in Hamilton, MT in 1978 where she owned and operated Nobles Clothing until 1992. In retirement, Shirley lived a vocation of service through Youth With a Mission (YWAM), attending discipleship training school in Texas, serving at YWAM bases in Lakeside, MT and Chetek, WI, and traveling to Russia, Ukraine and Thailand to share and live the gospel. In between YWAM ventures, Shirley lived in Billings, MT to be near and care for her grandchildren.

Shirley is survived by her 3 children: Neil (GA), Andy (MN) and April (MT) and 10 grandchildren.

Shirley will be laid to rest at 3:00 p.m. June 21st at Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton, MT so she may be amongst old friends when she rises to meet the Lord.
