CORVALLIS - Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, son flew in the arms of angels to live with the heavenly father on October 17, 2009. He was born on October 2, 1957 in Prosser, WA to William and Edna Hunt.
He was raised in Grandview, WA and graduated from Grandview High School in 1976. During and after his school years he loved fast cars and did plenty of racing in them. He was an avid fisherman and he loved to hunt
In 1982 he married the love of his life, Roxane and she thought the world revolved around him. They married May 14, 1982 and he accepted 3 new children that he loved and adored in his life along with his daughter. He was the most kind, thoughtful, loving, hardworking man a wife could ever have asked for in a partner. He was Roxy's best friend. He carried her through many ups and downs, a truly devoted husband who loved her with all his heart, supporting her while she battled cancer at an early age with no complaint. He always did things with his children such as hunting, camping, fishing, vacations and just plain goofing around.
His grandchildren were the enjoyment in his life and they all called him "Papa," the moment they ran through his door they were ready to wrestle with their Papa. He loved them all with his whole heart. His eldest grandchild, T.J., was very close to his grandpa Hunt.
Terry owned and operated Farmers Produce and Montana Farm to Market for 8 years in the Bitterroot Valley with Roxy. He loved his work and always gave 150% to make it successful.
He is survived by his wife Roxane Hunt of 27 years; four children Darcy Iverson-Brioso of Montana, Don Kuehn of Idaho, Shannon Kay and her husband Sandy of Idaho, and Danna Stamps and her husband Damione of Washington; his mother Edna Hunt, his mother and father in-law Tom and Pat Jacobson; brother Harold Hunt and wife Cathie, Gary Hunt, and JoAnn Wise and husband Duane; his grandchildren Trinity Neverdahl, Jusdeanna, Charlie, and Thomas Kuehn; Noelle, Christian, and Grace Kay and Jasmine and Darius Stamps. He was preceded in death by his father William C. Hunt.
If I could meet with my husband one more time I would tell him the greatest gift he ever gave me was himself, and I in a thousand years could not have asked for more. My heart will always be yours and you will always be in mine forever and no one will ever replace you.
Till I see you again I will think of you constantly and I know your arms will be open wide to hold me when I reach heaven to see you. Never once did you let me down. Love beyond forever - Roxy
