Hamilton - Tom French was called home by his Heavenly Father April 10, in Sun City AZ.
He was born March 22, 1920 in Los Angeles, CA. to Thomas Sr. and Adelaide French. Tom graduated from Antelope Valley High school in 1941 and served in the armed services, he was honorably discharged in 1945. Tom married Mary Gray who was the mother of his four daughters, he later married Helen Robinson. -
He spent most of his life in Montana and worked as a Beekeeper for many years, then went to work in the Boiler Room at the Rocky Mountain Lab were he retired in 1982. Tom traveled to Salome, Arizona for 29 years as a Snow Bird. He loved the warm sunny weather and had made many life long friends. He spent many days on "BIG RED" (his scooter) traveling to and from the Coffee Cup and around town visiting.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Helen, his parents, a sister and brother.
He is survived by his daughters Andra Stevens of Fort Bragg Ca., Barbara and Lewis Leavens of Connor Mt., Connie and Selby Beck of Plymouth Ca., Debbie French of Boise Id., Elisa Shelton of Mt. Aukum Ca., step-sons Larry Robinson of Hamilton Mt., Tom and Sheila Robinson of San Jose Ca. and Ron Robinson of Orlando, Florida, also 19 grand children and 21 great-grand children, 3 nieces and a nephew.
The pallbearers will be Lude Leavens, Harmon Hansen, Larry Robinson, Tom Robinson, Johnny French and TJ French.
In Lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in Tom French's name to the American Heart Association or Kidney Foundation.
