Thomas Lane Kingston

Thomas Lane Kingston passed away on Saturday morning, September 16, 2023.  We are saddened that Tom has left us (for a better place).  We take comfort in knowing that he was a humble follower of Jesus Christ. Tom always gave God the glory for his blessings.

We rejoice that he is now free from the chains of Parkinson’s Disease. Tom always stayed positive and had a hopeful spirit through all his physical challenges. He was so grateful to his friends and family. At every visit, he would make sure to tell them, “Thank you for all you do.”

What joy he must now have - especially returning to his Savior, Jesus Christ, in whom he firmly trusted. We do not doubt that Tom is rejoicing as he is now reunited with his dear daughter, Angee. We are sure he is also excited to be with his mother, Helen, stepdad, Elmer, and his older sister, Janyce (Janie).  Additionally, Tom is finally getting to meet his father, Everett, for the first time!

While here on earth, Tom loved trains, tractors, and tinkering in his garage. After an honorable career with Union Pacific, he chose Montana as his home. He enjoyed his kids and grandkids and traveled with them and created many priceless memories.

Some of his favorite things included having caramel lattes, apple fritters at Calvary Chapel on Sunday mornings, See’s candies, soda pop, and $5 haircuts in Darby.

We love you, Tom, and will miss you, and look forward to when we will meet again. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
