Victor Lyle Brown

Darby – Victor Lyle Brown, 76 of Darby died peacefully at his home Tuesday, July 18th.  His parents were Lyle and Lois Brown.

Vic served two years in Vietnam and four years in the National Guard. He had two Bachelor’s of Science degrees, one from Albuquerque, NM and one from the UM.

He married Roxanne Smith and had two children, Raina, and Nigel. He later married Beth and became the father of two additional children, Tammy, and Brandon.

Vic loved working in the woods as a sawyer and was a steward of the environment. He loved spending time in the outdoors fishing with his best friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Lyle; and his brothers, Rod, Trenny and Lonnie.

Vic is survived by his wife, Beth Brown; children, Tammy Olds and family, Brandon Reed and 3 children, Mackenzie, Baylon, and Kaia; Nigel Brown and children, Haylee, Waylon, and Gwynnevere; daughter, Raina (Willie) Stene and children, Dothan, Isaac, and Amelia; brother, Brad Brown and family.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Lone Pine Cemetery in Darby, a memorial potluck will follow at the Darby Community Clubhouse.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the family to help Beth financially.
