Victor Loyce Kearns

Houston, TX - Victor Loyce Kearns passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Vic was born November 9, 1930. He enlisted in the United States Air Force at 17 and served 22 years receiving numerous medals and awards.

Vic enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, visiting with other vets and was a gourmet cook.

Vic is preceded in death by his Parents, sister Kay and brother Russ.

Vic is survived by his wife, Kathleen;, three sons, Kevin Kearns, Kent Kearns and Robert Kearns; two daughters, Kellie Maus (Sterling)  and Karen Wolf; a stepson Ray Atkinson and a stepdaughter Ann Atkinson Thames (Mike); eighteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Mais.

A memorial service with military honors was held June 25, 2016 in Houston, TX.  Per his wishes private spreading of ashes was held at Chief Joseph Pass in Montana on July 2, 2016.
