Virginia L. Hoops passed away on September 16, 2016 at the Remington in Hamilton, Montana. Ginny loved the Bitterroot Valley and lived there for over 20 years. She was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, on June 8, 1929. She lived in the Seattle Area for many years and raised her children here.
Ginny is survived by her daughter, Anne Marie Bachmann, her son, Robert M. Bachmann, her ex-husband and good friend, Bob Bachmann, her daughter-in-law, Luann Bachmann, her granddaughter, Kristian Bachmann and her grandson, Lukas Bachmann. Ginny was a homemaker most of her life and loved being a Mom and Grandma.
Her graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery on October 15, 2016 in Hamilton, Montana at 3:00 pm, and her Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family in Kirkland, Washington on October 29th at 1:00 pm. Remembrances can be made to Catholic Community Services in her name at 100 23rd Ave. S.
