HAMILTON – Wallace Ames Oliff, 87, of Hamilton, Montana departed peacefully from this life on March 18, 2017. He was born in Singerly, District Stonewall, Richmond County, Virginia October 7, 1929.
Wallace was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Lee “Bennie” and Mamie Elizabeth (Beasley) Oliff; his siblings, Clarence Leroy Oliff, Virginia Mae (Oliff) Hare, Harold Elwood Oliff, Olivia Gertrude (Oliff) Brady, Dennis Carroll Oliff and his beloved wife Merle Florence (Hardy) Oliff. He is survived by siblings, Richard Stephen Oliff and Emily Louise (Oliff) Booth; many nieces and nephews and bountiful friends.
He served our country in both the United States Army and the United States Air Force.
