HAMILTON - Jan Mark Nydell, 57, of Hamilton passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital of natural causes. He was born September 23, 1954 in Jacksonville, FL the son of Percy and Vivian Nydell.
Jan was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and spent his career as a Executive Chef. He married Diana Lindsay on September 11, 1975.
Jan was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Charles Nydell. He is survived by his wife, Diana, of Hamilton; his 2 sons, Mark of Death Valley, CA and Tim of Hamilton; and 6 grandchildren.
