KENNETH SNODGRASS
Longtime Corvallis resident Kenneth (Ken) Snodgrass passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020. Ken, the oldest son of Rachel and Donald Snodgrass, was born in Spokane, Washington on Feb. 19th 1946. He was raised in the Bay Area and graduated from Burlingame High School. He served in the National Guard during Vietnam.
Ken worked as a motorcycle policeman and was a S.W.A.T officer for the city of Burlingame. He became a self employed fisherman in the Half Moon Bay area. He also
worked in the security field.
Ken and his wife Joan were married on Sept. 7th, 1974 and have two children, Jason Snodgrass and Carolyn Sparman. They moved to the Corvallis area in 1995. Ken had
driven through the Bitterroot Valley and instantly knew that this was his home. A lifelong outdoors man and hunting enthusiast, Ken traveled to many destinations
domestic and abroad for his hunting trips.
Ken is survived by his wife, Joan; son, Jason and daughter, Carolyn; 6 grandchildren, Shaylynn, Hailey, Emma, Brandon, Karen and Shannon; his brother, Kirk and sister - in -
law Bonnie; and brother - in - law John; nieces & nephews, Aimee, Leslie, Etan, Aviva and Alicia; plus innumerable friends and extended family members.
Ken’s family and friends knew him to be a loving husband, a devoted family man, and a generous and loyal friend. He is greatly missed.
In Lieu of flowers, donate to the Ravalli County Sheriff's Department. A small gathering will be held for those who wish to express their condolences on Friday, Jan. 8th, 2021 from 2-5pm at 1482 Summerdale Road Corvallis, Montana. Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com.
