Loyce Lenore Teller, age 98, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2020, into the arms of her Lord and Savior. Mom was one of the last true Bitterrooters. She loved her home and town, of Corvallis. While working at the high school as a secretary, from 1960-1975, she made many good friends.
Our home was a wonderful place because she made it certain that family was important. Sunday Dinners held all of us together for many years. Often inviting grandma and grandad’s friends and family. our home was where people came for coffee and cookies, or cake, or whatever she had baked that week.
Our history goes way back to when Corvallis was first settled, Mom helped us to know the history, and I have fond memories of my grandmother telling me of the days gone by.
Mom loved the Lord. When she lost Vicki, her oldest daughter, He was her comfort, and then again, when Dad passed away. We have learned valuable lessons by her side.
We love you and will always miss you…until we meet again.
Loyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leighton A. Teller and loving daughter, Vicki L. Brown.
She is survived by her children, Steve (Chris) Teller and Janet (Doug) Beckman; grandchildren: Ben (Miriam) Brown Heidi Brown, Mindy (Ryan) Hallsted, Michael (Jordan) Belkman, and Marylee Beckman; great grandchildren: Dylan Brown, Eliot Beckman, Daetyn & Leighton Beckman.
Interment has taken place in Corvallis Cemetery. Services will take place at a later date and announced at that time. Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com
