Hamilton – Rosemarie as the smiling downtown gal who frequented places such as the Back Door Deli, Bitterroot Drug, and Chapter 1. Born December 4th 1938 in Kansas, this Montana girl was much more than meets the eye. You may not have known that this once young collegiate ballerina also received a master's degree in American Labor History from the University of Montana, whose senior thesis is still cited today. Rosemarie was highly sought after by many institutions for her various expertise and skills, such as the AFLCIO and even the army to be a sharpshooter! No offer could lure her away from her Montana home. Beyond her brilliance and love for education, she also loved art, books, movies, and all cuddly critters. Rosemarie was warm, empathetic, quirky, and funny. She lived a life pursuing her passions and enjoying many loved ones.
Rosemarie passed peacefully on March 7th, 2023. She was loved by many and will be missed by her sister , Nan; goddaughter, Markita; and many friends and caregivers.
