We were saddened to hear of Charlie's passing and the medical problems he endured in the last five years......shows what a tough man he was. We were partners in patrol in the Tam area of Las Vegas, a tough area. He was a great partner and a hard working patrol cop. I will miss him. Our condolences to the family.
